From Ramon: “Frisa is a hard dried bagel that is soaked in water to soften it...completa means it is topped with everything, tomatoes, fried eggplant, mozzarella, preserved peppers....it is a typical summertime beach dish (a kind of cold bread salad) in Puglia in SE Italy.”
